The assignment will be administered in three parts (A, B and C). The maximum credit for the assignment is 40% of the maximum total credit for the unit. The maximum credit for Part C is 15% of the maximum total credit for the unit.

– An identification of the main themes highlighted in the reading
– A discussion of the author’s main position on the subject.
– Discuss whether the author(s) has supported his position and provide examples.
– Does the author provide a balance approach to the discussion? In other words, does he provide information on both sides of the argument?
– What is the relevance of the idea in the reading to the field of Community Justice ?
– Analyse the way in which the information impacts on your understanding of your role as CJS worker and the way in which it can positively or negatively affect your skills development for the field.
– The analysis will also include a brief discussion of the primary ideas that emerged during the in class
